Founded by Andrew Godley in Broussard, Louisiana, Parish Brewing Co. started with a simple mission; to craft incredible beer for the people of Cajun Country. After discovering the vibrant craft beer scene in Pittsburgh, Andrew returned home determined to bring that same energy to Louisiana.
The first release, Canebrake, quickly became a local favorite, brewed in what was once a tiny “nano brewery.” As demand grew, so did they, opening a state-of-the-art brewery in 2012 and expanding their reach across the South and beyond.
Today, Parish is known for bold and innovative beers like Ghost in the Machine, Dr. Juice, and their SIPS Sours, alongside Louisiana classics like Canebrake. Every batch reflects passion for flavor, quality, and community, and the belief that beer should be both fun and unforgettable.
