To continue to push the limits of fermentation and explore flavors with the hope of creating bold new beers Jack's Abby started the largest barrel program in Massachusetts (currently over 1300 barrels). This offshoot focuses on big barrel aged beers, IPAs, traditional European beers with new twists and fruit-forward kettle sours.
